5th & FINAL weigh-in 5/10 **Mother's Day Challenge**!

Count me in for 10! :teeth: Considering I won't even make it to 5/10 for the April Goal that's pretty ambitious! :eek: I'm planning to continue to exercise consistently so hopefully that will help! ::yes::
 
I'd like too. I want to lose 10 pound by Mother's Day.
 
Odd number I know, but then I am a little odd......and was thinking 12 but chickend out...so 11 sounds doable!!!!

Can't wait to hear what I have really gotten myself into!!!

Okay, let me make sure I know how this works. On April 5 I weigh myself, and then I count all the weight I lose between then and May 10? If so, my goal is 5 pounds. I know that sounds chintzy compared to all those trying for 10 pounds or more, but I'm trying to lose slowly (1-2 pounds/week) on the theory that I'll be better able to keep it off.

I've already lost 12 pounds from where I started, 7 pounds from when I joined WISH, and my co-workers are starting to say they've noticed! Also, I've been able to dig some clothes out of the back of the closet and wear them again. Yay!

I am truly changing my eating habits for the better. Went out to dinner the other night and had a salad with strips of steak on top, instead of a big steak with baked potato. And I wasn't hungry!

So now I feel like the tortoise, not the hare, in terms of how fast I'm losing, but I feel that I'll win the race!
 

I would like to join also, I only want to lose no more then 5 pounds so I will make it four by May 10th. This will put me at my WW goal that I made 3 years ago. This challenge is just what I need to stay away from all those jelly beans I have been shoving in my mouth!
 
I'm afraid I'm going to have to skip this one. Too much going on with our apt hunting trip, Easter, & our actual move during that time. My goal at the end of the No Foolin' Around challenge is going to be to stay as close to my plan as I can during the chaos of moving! :earseek:
I'll rejoin you guys with the next challenge, once we get settled in! :sunny:
 
Ok, Count me in! I am also going for the slower weight loss, so I will try for 5lbs. I am hoping to hit my goal for the April 1st challenge for this Thursday, so this new challenge will help me keep on track. Thanks!

I like your thinking! ;) I think I'll join you on the 8. My WW points were lowered this week so, I'll be struggling as it is.

CarolynFH, you are correct. We'll start on 4/5 and, we'll weigh in weekly beginning 4/12 or as soon thereafter as you normally weigh in.

I'm gonna take this to old fashioned pen and paper and, come back soon with a starter's list and, I think just 3 colors (I'm lazy and, my brain can't handle much more than that)...Red to start, limegreen for 1/2 and, my fave BLUE for goal!

If anyone hasn't posted their goal yet, please do.

Put me down for 7 pounds, I've been having a hard time triying to lose those 10 for the No Fooling challenge, so I'm going to take it easy these time.:)
 
Please count me in and put me down for 6 pounds. That takes me to my next goal of healthy BMI.

Mother's Day is a great target date because too often moms put themselves last when we all should put our health first! What better gift could we give our children?

Sounds like fun! Count me in for 5 pounds. I didn't make my goal of 10 pounds for the April Fool Challenge, so I think I'll lower it this time around. It seems like no matter what I do, I can't lose more than 5 pounds a month, so that's what I'll go for!

Hi,

I'm up for the challenge! I loved the April Fool Challenge... I will put myself at 8lbs. That will have me at a loss of 20lbs since starting WISH in February!! We will also be leaving for our very FIRST Disney vacation soon after Mother's Day so if I can make this challenge it will give me some breathing room for splurges while there!! YIPPEE!!:hyper:
