Just take it day by day. No matter how hard it gets please keep doing everything that the PT/OT gives you to do.
As difficult as it may be, try not to feel so guilty and take this time to take care of yourself..Originally posted by Pembo
Now for the guilt....I feel guilty because this surgery has affected my dh, my kids and my parents. My kids are adjusting pretty well. My parents have taken on so much of the load. That is where I feel the guilt. My mom is keeping my dd so my dh doesn't have to take on so much but that makes me feel guilty. It is a vicious circle. Then I still can't believe I had a brain tumor. I don't know if I will ever really get that.

You sound like you are improving day by day and thats great. Dont feel guilty that your family is having to help out, Im sure they dont mind at all. I know I wouldnt. Im sure they are just happy that you are getting better

Good to hear from you Barb, hang in there and take it day by day. You are doing great from your post. Of course you can see from my tag, I love the Poly too. What a great vacation to look forward to. Blessings to you and your family.
