$59.00 Passholder Rate For Holiday Season

I noticed on the Passholder website that Disney is offering a rate of $59.00 at the Value Resorts for several nights during Holiday Season!Is this a rare offer or does Disney usually offer this rate for a limited number of days and rooms every Holiday Season?Thanks.

I've gotten a passholder rate a number of times during holiday season. Sometimes it takes a while for em to come out, sometimes you have to fudge your dates a little in one direction or another, but I've had pretty good luck
