I'm so sorry that you have to deal with this on top of everything else . But good for your mom that she wouldn't let your brother get away with not seeing you face to face. I wish you all the best during surgery and your recovery. Truck loads of prayers and PD are on there way.

Oh Pembo, I'm so sorry you have to deal with this crap right before surgery! My ILs are the same way - they only call us if they want something; otherwise, we don't exist. I think one of them actually sent me a card when I had surgery/chemo/radiation for breast cancer 2 years ago. No phone calls or anything. I got more support from total strangers than from my family. Sad.

Forget about them, and concentrate on yourself. You've got my prayers for successful surgery and a speedy recovery. Hang in there!
