58 OKW points for rent at $16.00 per point

I have rented DVC points every year since 2005 using a rental agreement.
I can book OKW 11 months out and the other DVC resorts 7 months out.
I am willing to and have on many occasions booked the Disney Dining Plan and Magical Express for my renters. References are available on request.
I use Paypal (fees paid by renter)or personal checks.

To check on availability I will need number in party, resort that is desired, any back up resorts should that not be available, dates, type of lodging (2 BR, studio, etc)

My price point is firm.
I am not interested in transfer of points.
I am not renting less than 50 points.
Please do not post personal details.

we were interested in a 2 bedroom aug 19 for 7 nights. We could also do 2 studios if available.

we are
2 adults
2 15 year olds
2 12 year olds.

we could also do Aug 1 for 7 nights at any other resort except GF or BLT or SSR.

There are two bedroom OKW villas (choice near hospitality house, lock off or regular villa) available your dates starting Aug 19 for seven nights, leaving Aug 25, 2020.
This rental requires 232 points.

I know you can't book for a few days, but I am looking for a 2 bedroom villa (regular) at OKW near Hospitality for 4 nights. December 5, 6, 7, and 8, 2020. I believe this comes to 123 points.

What are your payment terms?

Hi,
My terms are that half the rental fee is due within 14 days of the date the reservation is made.
The second half is due 60 days before the first date on the reservation.
If a change needs to be made I will do my best in good faith to make the change with DVC. That is definitely not something that can be guaranteed so best to be sure in the first place.
If the reservation needs to be cancelled the fees that have been paid are not refundable.

You can have a lock off, regular or regular near hospitality house for same points.
