Thanks for the reviews! I also did South Beach while at Disney, but found myself able to do the cheats as I increased my activity level - all that walking allowed me to eat a few items I wouldn't have normally.

We enjoy PTC and the fish and chips at UK also. I was very interested in your review of Trail's End, as I've heard so much about the great deal and good food, but we've never made it there. I'm hoping this next trip will be the one!

Thanks for the reviews! I think you did a good job on South Beach! Before I became pregnant I lost 35 pounds on it. I only had 5 more to go till my goal! Oh well, I'll do it again after the baby is here!

Thanks for the wonderful reviews. I keep trying to get to Trails End but it never works out. I would like to go there for dinner and then do the campfire movie. We are a low carb family and find it easy to do at Disney. Of course like you we also allow some cheating and kid ourselves its not that bad with all the walking you do at WDW.

Great reviews! We did the Trails End for breakfast for the second time two weeks ago. It is WONDERFUL!!! Indeed the best value in WDW! $9.99 for adults and 5.99 for kids...you can't beat it! The food is very good, and there are alot of choices. They have the absolute best doughnuts, baked fresh daily on premises. They are to die for! (definately a "cheat" on South Beach...LOL) We took the bus from POR to the MK, then hopped the boat to FW. We left early enough to get there by 9 a.m., then spent the rest of the day in the MK. It was perfect.

We ate breakfast at Donald's Breakfastasauras in the AK that same week...it was TERRIBLE. Never again. I can't believe how much more $$ we spent to eat there. Next time we are just sticking with the Trails End! We always do Chef Mickey's for dinner, so at least we'll get our characters there!

Thanks for the wonderful reviews. I am interested in trying Trail's End because I have always heard it is the best deal going. I think we are going to try to squeeze in a late lunch or early dinner while at the MK. We could take the boat over from there & I think it would be a nice little break. Looking forward to our trip in November !
