52 points available for rent at Villas at Grand Floridian @ $17/pt. Minimum 23 point rental

Points are non-transferrable as they are borrowed from 2019 UY

Can be used for booking reservations for arrival after September 1, 2018 through checkout August 31, 2019. Can book at VGF 11 months in advance and all other DVC resorts 7 month in advance.

Rental agreement used with terms of 50% paid by 10 days after receiving reservation number and confirmation (usually received within the hour of making reservation) and final 50% due 90 days before check-in.

Experienced renter with references. Will help with Disney Dinning Plan and Disney Magical Express.

We're looking to do a split stay for Spring Break next year, 3/9-3/16. Do you have points available during that time for a standard studio?

I can help you with any of the two nights during this stay in a standard studio at VGF. I just checked availability and all dates are currently open. Sat 3/9 and Fri 3/15 are 27 points/night while the other dates in between are 23 points/night.
