50th Birthday w/ 10 people - where should we go?

I'm turning 50 and before cirque de soleil showing at 6:00pm we want to go to a special dinner. Problem is we have a 1 year old with us - the rest are adults. She's an angel (what every Grandma says) We'd like to do it for under $500 - any thoughts? Oh, it's for May 1st, I know I should've already done it...
