50s PT or Sci-fi?

Hello there,

Would you suggest 50s PT or Sci-fi for DH and I? We are going to do Mama Melrose for Fantasmic package. DH didn't like the brown derby but I loved it! Thank you very much!

I have done both and I thought the food was much better at Prime Time, but Sci-Fi really has great atmosphere (but the meal was entirely forgettable, except for the high bill). So I'd say it's up to you. Take a look at the menus and see which catches your eye. I enjoyed eating at both restaurants. I prpbably won't go back to Sci-fi, but I don't regret trying it either.

I have to say, if I were doing MM for a Fantasmic dinner, I wouldn't do either sci-fi or 1950's for lunch that day. Personally, I'd grab a CS meal. You're already tying up a good chunk of time with MM & Fantasmic, why lose yet another hour for a sit-down??? That being said, between the two I'd do sci-fi as it's a more basic burger type meal.

I would choose PT-The food is better and we like the interaction with the staff. My DD got to tell a knock knock joke to her "cousins" from Ohio last time (Thanks Aunt Elaine) and she loved it! If you're having a large dinner I would recommend sharing a meal at PT. My mom and I do (even with Dining Plan) and it's enough to eat-try the pot roast-the best!.

SCI-FI! I ate at 50's once and didn't like it that much, I got pasta and it wasn't good. I do want to try it again though. But I just had Sci-Fi last week and thought the food was excellent and the atmosphere beats 50's by a mile.

Servants of Evan is right, in my opinion. I wouldn't tie up that much time with 2 sit downs at MGM. I'd personally opt to do Sci Fi or 50's PT over MM/Fanastmic pkg.

Sci-Fi is easily much better than 50s PT. I can't stand the schtick there.
