I was just reading through an old thread and apparently someone showed a pic of the Smores but there was no chocolate bar in it. There was only a drizzling of chocolate syrup. That is not a smore!!! Other people said they had and had not gotten chocolate on theirs.

Help anyone? Is there chocolate bar or not? This is important stuff we are talking about!;)

When I had it last March it was the gram cracker bottom with roasted marshmallows on top and then the melted chocolate drizzle ontop of the marshmallow. It was awesome and tasted exactly like a S'more should taste like. We have ADRs for 50's again for our May trip and I already know what my dessert is going to be :goodvibes

When we got them in December it was just the chocolate syrup.

As a chocolate lover there was definitely not enough chocolate on it for me.

If your favorite part of a smore is roasted marshmellow you will love it, if your favorite part of a smore is the chocolate (as it is for me) order something else.

My neice and I were there and she likes a bit of chocolate but not a ton, for some reason she got a hot fudget sundae and enjoyed a few bites before it was too much for her. I had gotten the smore and had a bite or two before I was done with marshmellow and then we realized we both liked the others dessert more and switched... The hot fudge sundae was great.

Another person had the brownie sundae and that also looked great.

Here's a picture of it from last August. I couldn't remember if there was a chocolate bar or not but it does look like it's just chocolate syrup. I believe they just toast the marshmallows with a torch so that wouldn't melt a chocolate bar at all.

Oh, the Smores.....I have dreams about these smores....I would eat these smores every single day of my life.

Sorry...the Smores had the perfect amount of chocolate to me. They are just SO good. The staff is so helpful, I bet if you were not happy with the amount, they would bring you more.

Where else can you get the smores dessert? My family and I at at 50's Prime Time but didn't care for it all too much. But I LOVED the smores dessert! Where else can we get that wonderful dessert??

There is a Smores dessert at Le Cellier

Narcoossee's has a Make Your Own S'mores dessert on the kids' menu. DD has nut allergies and the chocolate bars they used weren't safe for her, so they used chocolate syrup on hers. DS doesn't have any allergies, so they used a chocolate bar in his.

If what you are looking for is a real honest to goodness smore with the grahm cracker, roasted marshmallow and chocolate bar then head over to FW or one of the other resorts that have a campfire and movie. FW was the original. There is a campfire and sing along with Chip and Dale smores and a movie afterwar. My boys loved doing this when they were younger. They are in their early 20's now but the other day one of them was discussing that when he has kids and brings them to Disney this will be a must do. I am really hopeing he is not trying to tell me something. I am not ready to be grandma yet as he is still in school.
