Does anyone have a list of the tv shows that are shown at the 50's Primetime Cafe?

I know I saw Mickey Mouse Club and a show called "I married Joan"> Can't remember anything else

Just a bump. Curious myself.

That's all I remember, too. Spin n Marty from the Mickey Mouse Club, I Married Joan, and Dick Van ****.

Ok I have to ask. Besides the obvious humor in his name is there some reason you can't type the man's name?????:confused3

Was Father Knows Best or Make Room for Daddy shown too? Any other shows?

could be same word as a derogatory gay term overly sensitive site administrator

Its a name. My friends have that name - good thing I can write their name without astericks. :rotfl:

That is what I was thinking. No one was calling 'names' it's the guys name (he also has a brother with the same last name  ) the guy has been using that name for what like almost 70 years.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I'm in a 50's tv mode right now. I have all of the I Love Lucy dvd's and have I Married Joan in my queue in Netflix. I'll have to take a look for Car 54 and the MMC.

Was the Honeymooners also shown?

We had so much fun with our waitress 'sister stephanie' and the tables around us - we never noticed the TV! - yeah it was there and something was playing.... almost sure...

I love 50's PrimeTime - it is a MUST for us at MGM -

Remember when your asked to come up with 10 body parts that only have 3 letters - do NOT say Tit or A$$ --- You will be made to stand in a corner and cry.

:)

I was hoping for some I Love Lucy but that is probably too Universal Studios

I haven't seen Lucy at PTC, but they actually used to have the candy factory clip where Lucy can't keep up and starts eating the chocolates as one of the audience participation movies at MGM (do they still have that?), so I don't think it's a Universal thing.

Was just there a few days ago, I don't remember seeing Car 54. But I do remember Make Room for Daddy, My Little Margie, Topper, The Real McCoys and the MMC.

Try to type the two land masses that make up Michigan the Upper and Lower.............. its funny.

I Married Joan is very similar to Lucy. Only no one says anything but you hear the audience reacting. I found it very funny

MAGICinMYHEART, thanks so much!!! Have added these to my Netflix Queue. 2 disks of I Married Joan should be arriving tomorrow. Maybe I'll have to get some fried chicken, potatos, veggies & a chocolate shake to make it feel like I'm dining at the 50's Primetime Cafe!! :happytv: :happytv: :happytv: :happytv: :happytv: :happytv:

Thanks again everyone!!

Definitely saw Car 54 - I was quite sick the day we ate there, so I wasn't sure where I even got that show, but I was going through my pics last night and our pic there has Car 54 on the TV - I wish I had been feeling better - I love all those old shows, too, but didn't feel like paying much attention to it that day...
