We closed at the end of July and we are still waiting.

BUT we are having trouble activating it![]()
I called my guide to get my activate number....Then called the number on the back of the card...After spending several minutes putting in the account number and PIN several times I was instructed to call a different number...I called the number to speak to a human...Turned out I did not need that PIN...I was able to choose my own PIN...I was told my card is active now...
I am so sorry but I tossed the paper with the phone number to speak to a rep last night![]()

So does that mean the cards are active upon receipt actually?

Just got a letter in the mail informing me of my pin for one of my cards. I actually got two cards so I don't know which card this pin is for. Perhaps it is for both of them.
