500 Points to rent or transfer

I have 500+ points to rent or transfer. Good until 10/05, we need to sell them to help pay for a lightning strike on the house. Please only serious inquiries and I would like to move the points in as few rentals or a large transfer if possible. I am looking for $10 a point. Home resort is OKW, but 200 of the points are from Hilton Head.
