$500 Pin Code - Attached to my addy, wrong name UPDATE - HELP!!!

UPDATE: So I recieved the PIN code in the mail the other day. It's attached to one of my friends, but at my Address so instead of saying "The W_______ Family" it says "The S_____ Family". She was booked under our reservation a few years ago, and backed out and didn't go. I have no idea why it would have came here, and why - the woud book the ressie under MY name when clearly its hers.

Will I still be able to use this, or will we be SOL when we get there and we all have a different last name than "The S____ Family"??

But I didn't recieve anything in the mail or an email. I called to check a few dates we have availible and for giggles I asked if there was a pin code and she said yes, something about a $500 Gift card and $594/adult.

Is there a way to view this offer somewhere?

My boyfriend just received this offer in the mail,,,so I called about it. Even though the post card says through April 16th, the CM I spoke with said that it is good through June 6th. It is the first code either of us have every received and we can't even use it!! We are looking to go at the end of August...

I booked mine through the 15th of May. I got Pop Century for 830 for a 5 day ticket for just me with a free 500 gift card. When I booked they said it was valid starting on a Sunday.

Believe it is an offer separate from 7 for 4.

The dining or not depends on what you want to use the $500 gift card for. You could use that towards your meals, or for souvies and misc.
I think the quick service is a good deal, esp for those with kids.

You would have to choose which you want. Two offers cannot be combined onto one res.

Looks like the 5/6-5/13 is your best deal and DS would be there for his b-day. You would have your meals covered with the $500 gift card. We are doing 40% off military rate and will be there 5/16-5/24, during which time we will have 2 Disney fun cards for DGS 5th b-day and my b-day two days after his. I did not get the pin for $500 gift card but saved that off the cost of the room pretty much since we decided to stay at CBR this time. Good luck with your decision.

Some really calls Disney to know if there's a pin code attached to their names, but I don't have idea on how you can view it because we got our in email.

We stayed at the WL Dec '08 and all year long I called "to see if there was a pin attached to my name" haha and it was always a "NO MA'AM" Well, I got the mail today and sure enough I saw a blue flyer with balloons on it and i just knew but it sucks because we can't use it!! $500 gift card!! Man!!

I would re-check if you are able to use the gift card for Meals, etc... I was just there for my Birthday on 2/25 and rec'd my 'gift card', but was told that this could not be used for food or beverage .... but I could use it at the candy/sweet shop on Main Street in the MK because it is a 'Merchandising Store' as well.
Just want you to be sure so that you don't get there and be disappointed...

That may be true for the "Birthday" Gift Card but we are receiving a $500 GC on our trip in May (PIN code not Birthday related) and I asked the CM when I booked if it could be used for food and/or room charges and she said yes.

I was told the same thing. This is a Disney GC that is valid like a normal one.

I am a little confused as to whether they let you use it or not. The reason I ask, is that my mom actually does live with me and has for almost five years. She got a PIN a few months ago (with our street address on it) for a 40% off code good for several dates in 2009. She does not want to go. I've called several times asking to book a trip for myself with it, explaining that she lives at this address too and I am willing to bring something with both our names and this address on it to prove it. I've been told each time, that I can not use it, unless she is with me, because even though we both live here, the code is hers not mine and she would have to be there at check in.
