50 Point OKW Resale

I received a call earlier today from Shontell Crawford on a 50 point OKW contact that had become available and, in an uncharacteristic moment of sanity, declined to make an offer on the contract. I am sure she has made another potential buyer very happy by now.

Is there such a thing a non-buyer's remorse?

Absolutely. But you could just call her right back and try to become the buyer...you never know.

I might have done just that Luv2Dream, if I did not already have other plans for those dollars...
There will be other resales sooner or later, with my luck it's usually later.

yup, i saw this email as well. it's a stripped contract though, isn't it? only 6 pts left for 2003.

i also noticed a few small resales on The Timeshare Store that were listed, and then disappeared in a day or so. heh. these sure go fast.
