"YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". Direct air has the worst service I have ever seen. I thought I was flying with Poppy Joe. Very low class. I've flow with them twice. The first trip I was delayed in Punta Gorda 9 hours waiting for a plane that was broken down to be fixed, then sat in Kalamazoo for 1/2 hour waiting to unboard
Second time and final time I was flown into Orlando where a couple of people were let off the plane. This was a direct flight and no mention of the Orlando stop was mentioned until we got to the Orlando airport. I don't know what these people are doing but it isn't working!
