5 TS/4 day plan ?

First time going to WDW with kids. Haven't been in over 9 years. My son is 9 and is Star Wars obsessed. My daughter is 5 and is princess obsessed. We have five nights at POFQ for our first trip. We are military, my hubby can't get more than a week off. We are alternating between Disney cruise and WDW every other year while we are on the east coast. For our first trip I was wondering what you consider must do TS restaurants? My plan was this:
Be our guest -dinner
Sci-fi drive in - lunch or dinner
Akershus- lunch or dinner
Tusker House- dinner
Ohana- breakfast on check out day.

I did Chef Mickey years ago and wasnt thrilled by it. But my kids aren't into Mickey as much as they are into the other characters. We have four day park hopper passes. If there was a Star Wars character meal I would be all over that.

Sounds like some good choices. We have only been to Be our Guest for lunch and definitely liked the atmosphere. The food was just ok for lunch but I hear dinner is really good.
Sci-Fi was good diner type food.
My family doesn't care for the food at Akershus but it can't be beat for a princess experience so we suck it up and go every year.
Tusker house, I've hear good things and we LOVE Ohana for breakfast and dinner!!!
Have a great time enjoying R&R.

Only thing I will say is that the clip of old Sci-Fi movies does have a few creepy monsters in it, just in case you think your 5YO would be phased by that!

Make sure you go to Backlot Express for a counter service meal as they now have Star Wars menu items. Your son will enjoy that!
