5 Things We ALL Know - The Official DA Meeting

I bet there are many things that we all know by heart due to our huge obsession/love with Disney. I have my 5 things that I believe all Disneyaholics know.....I would like to know what your five are.

1. That the Orlando International Airport code is MCO.
2. When someone names a Disney World resort, you can tell them if it is a value, moderate, Deluxe or Home Away from Home and can quote rack rate for a standard room.
3. The names of the fireworks shows and parades in each of the parks.
4. What the best desserts are in each of the parks and what attraction it can be found by.
5. The names of the transportation companies in Orlando that can take you to and from the airport and resort.

2. you know the spanish version of the monorail spiel, and what a mark VI is.

3. you actually know the names of the different boat ferrys and launches.

4. you get upset when someone calls spaceship earth, "the big golf ball" because it really is is a geodesic sphere or geosphere.

5. anytime you meet someone named beverly, you laugh. and nobody knows why you think it is funny.

1. You know what CM's, AP's, and EMH are.
2. You know the average wait times for every ride in every park.
3. You know how much is too much to pay for any level of room in WDW.
4. You know best locations for viewing all parades and fireworks show.
5. You generally know more about WDW than 75% of the CM's do.

I believe that it is now OIA, or will be soon.

I think they didn't like that MCO could also be read as: Mickey Controls Orlando.

I have one to add.... how about being able to point out where every bathroom is in every park with out having to look at a map.

Well, I do that myself, but only because it is a household joke - my fil plays golf.

I do hate it however, when people refer to Magic Kingdom as Disney World and call AK, MGM and Epcot, "the other parks."

Crazy Kanga, sadly I think that is 90% of the people that visit this board. I just hate it when I call CRO and I have to tell them how their company works.

One trip to Disney and then the obsession hits.....give it about 2 months and you are an expert.

Know the differnce between AP,Disney VISA, and "general" codes,
AND are looking everyday for their release!!!!

3.That WDW takes months of planning to get it right... not just winging it!!
