5 Star St. John Snorkel and Beach Adv. - with boys 7&9

We would like to book one Disney excursion on the 7 day cruise. Who has taken the 5 star Trunk Bay one? Would kiddos become bored on the Leylon Sneed? What is it - a big sailing vessel? The description just says it is 115 feet long. Has anyone done this with children? How did they like it? Thanks for any info, or any excursions that you felt were great with elementary kids. We are planning to go to Coral World on our own.
