Your adr will be for 6 so I would plan to do so.

Yes...they can consider you a group of 6 even with the 23 month old. I don't know that they will always add gratuity but I would expect it. It wouldn't bother me much...we usually tip that or more, so its not a big deal if its added (but you should always double check your bill for it so you don't double tip.)
