i have a huge problem!! my family is going to go to Disney world over spring break, and i told my 19 year old daughter she could bring her boyfriend(he's never been)...i also have a 13 yr old daughter....we dont really have enough $ 2 buy two hotel rooms, so it would be all 5 of us in 1 room....my daughter boy friend doesnt mind sleeping on the floor but i no the max at the resorts are 4 people..... i am considering staying in one room either at pop or carribian...i was wondering do u think i'll get caught?....i heard people talkin about a resort id to enjoy extra hours...does anyone know how exactly that will work....do they need an id to ride the bus to the park?!?...please help

if the guest on either side complaint - you will be asked to get another hotel room for your extra guests...

You will be also asked to pay the extra charge for adults over 2 in the room for your entire stay.

sorry!

how about FW cabins - yes I know alot more than Pop Century - but it sleeps 5 and has a kitchen.

they don't need the resort ID to get on the bus. but to do the early morning (1 hour) or extra night (3 hours) when the park is only open to WDW resort guests - they definitely need a resort ID. They also will not be able to charge anything to the room, or delivery anything to the room.

here is the link to the home page of the dis for more information

PO-Riverside is a moderate that will hold a family of 5 with an extra charge for the trundle bed. If your daughter & her boyfriend are over 18, there will also be an extra charge for more than 2 adults. I want to say you will be paying $15 for the trundle & $15 for the extra adult. You may be better off staying off property if you really can't swing the exta money.

If you haven't already booked do so soon. That's a busy time of year. I would go for 2 rooms at a value.

Need to go POR or one of the Deluxe, Ploy, YC, BC, or one of the home away from home. FW cabins.

If you can get a PIN code or other special rate for the value resorts, you could conceivably get 2 rooms for the cost of 1 room at a moderate, or for only slightly more money. That way everyone can have their own resort ID, you aren't breaking any rules, and you have 2 bathrooms and TVs!

Whichever way you look at it I think it's going to be difficult/embarrassing to have all 5 of you in a small hotel room. There are a number of options open to you that would work a lot better than what you've been looking at.

I would give another vote for looking at the Fort Wilderness cabins if you want to stay on site.

If that looks a bit too expensive I would suggest looking at an off site suite hotel, a condo style unit or renting a vacation home.

When we stayed at POR with a third adult a few years back, they did not charge us extra for the trundle bed (had 5 in a room). The CM at CRO said that you only pay the extra $15 for the 3rd adult and not for the trundle. That being said, I just read that they will no longer be charging for the trundle bed. Not sure if that's for sure or when they will stop charging for it. However, if you have 3 adults in the same room, you will still have to pay the $15 extra anyways. If you have 4 adults, you will have another $15 charge on top of that.

If you can get a good discount, you might be better off getting 2 rooms at a value resort.

Have thought about some the Downtown Disney hotels. I know some sleep 5 people. As matter of fact Double Tree Suites at Downtown Disney and have bus transportaion to the parks.

Offsite has plenty of room that sleep 5 or more people in a room without any extra charges.

Just get two rooms a at Value Resorts.

At POR, we have never been charged for the trundle bed, but that is only going to be a viable option if your 13 year-old is on the small size as there is a weight limit and the trundle is rather small.

I would look at the FW cabins, several family members have used them and love them, and they also have gotten great codes on them (both AP and general public).

Doubletree Suites in DTD is also a great option, try booking it through Mousesavers, she has a link and they give a mousesavers rate. I had $99 a night for september before I changed my rez to BWI.
