5 Park Orlando Flex Ticket

Hi

When I bought the 5 park flex ticket which takes in US/IOA/SW/WW/BG, I noticed it says it comes with early entry to the Universal Parks on certain days. This was not the selling point for me, but now that US version of fast passes are proving more and more popular, I am curious about this feature. Does anyone know what days are early entry days for flex ticket holders, and if so what time is classed as early entry?
