I can't believe it's finally almost here - I'll be spending my 40th b-day with my Dsis at Saratoga in just five short sleeps! Wish me luck on the first day as I work until 7 a.m. then have to leave for the airport at 10 a.m. Of course I'll be too excited to sleep anyhow!
Also was able to cut our airfare in half last week out of Buffalo, and now we are flying non-stop $60 each way. Because of that, my son and his girlfriend are now on our flight for the cheap airfare, and I got them a room at Pop for $59!
Great cheap vacation for a young couple!
Still have to finish packing, and my Dsis hasn't started yet - her hubbie's grandma passed away and she's had to deal with a funeral for the last two days. My Dsis is my best friend and this is also for her 35th b-day this past August. We lost our Mom 12 years ago, who was also our best friend, and we've been very close through a lot since then. We are so looking forward to this vacation - I have three kids, she has four, and although finances are very tight, we are so in need of this time away - and what better place to enjoy our time away? We will likely only do Epcot one day for the F&W Festival, and then just enjoy our ADR's and our resort the rest of the time.
I'm taking my laptop, so hope to do a live trip report while we're there.
