As others have said, it depends on the time of year you're going. It also depends when you're staying - are you in an onsite hotel? For example, we're at the Hotel New York this year - 2 days we're having early breakfast, Hakkuna Matata for lunch one day (main park), Restaurant en Coulisse (Studios) the other day. The other two mornings we're having late breakfasts, and early evening meal! Here's our plan for this March:
Sunday - arrive, late lunch at Annettes (Village) around 3pm. In to main park until finish (9pm), Earl of Sandwich on way back to hotel (Village).
Monday - Studios Day. Breakfast at New York hotel early, Restaurant en Coulisse for lunch (in Studios), Inventions for evening meal at 6pm (
Disneyland Hotel)
Tuesday - Main Park Day. Breakfast at New York hotel early, Hakuna Matata for lunch (main park), Parkside Diner for evening meal after park closes (closes 7pm that day) (Hotel New York)
Wednesday - Late breakfast around 10am. Time in one of the parks. Our friend is leaving around 6pm on Eurostar so we're having meal in Rainforest Cafe (Village) around 4pm. IF hubby and I are hungry later (kids won't be, and we'll probably have an early finish all round anyway) we have the option of Earl of Sandwich again or Mc Donalds.
Thursday - Late Breakfast again. Last day in parks - will decide at the time which. Late lunch in Planet Hollywood (Village) at around 3pm before we leave at 4.30pm.
Hope that helps! dlpguide.com has a great restaurant page! Here's a link to it:

I have a picky husband to deal with, and some places are closed or not suitable for this trip, but I would also recommend: Blue Lagoon, Walts, King Ludwigs, Auberge Centrillion and Buffalo Bills Wild West Show. Cafe Mickey is a more affordable character experience (compared to Inventions or Auberge) and we've had good experiences there. I have heard good things about and one day would like to try Bistro Remy, Fueto del Oro, Agrabah Cafe, Toad Hall, Cafe des Cascadeurs, La Grange at Billy Bobs, Cape Cod, California Grill and Manhattan Restaurant.
Others that we've tried which were fine, no terrible experiences, but probably wouldn't go back to for personal preference reasons - Lucky Nugget, Silver Spur Steakhouse, The Steakhouse, Colonel Hathi's, Restaurant des Stars.
Will shut up now after bombarding you!! lol But the website above really does help you get an idea on menus.
And this one is great for restaurant opening times! (Restaurants in the Village tend to be open pretty consistently everyday).
