5 day car rental.... best price??

Want to rent a car..... even a compact is fine. Since I only need it for five days, Alamo said that I can't get a weekly rate. Best price is 24.99 per day. Can anyone do better? (Just renting to help my daughter get settled into college program) Marla

Check on Mousesavers for deals with Dollar. They have a deal on a compact for $119/week.

Priceline or Hotwire is a possibility. You will only need to pay for the days you rent. Prices can range around $15/day. Read more info at biddingfortravel.com.
