Hi guys,

I know it's been posted many times before, but can somebody please point me in the right direction on where to look for a nice 5+ bed villa between 9th - 25th August. Also details of complexes / villas closest to Disney would be helpful.

We have been 3 times and have our next 3 booked, all villas and all through this site.

http://www.orlandovillas.com/

All villas are privately owned and the search for what you want is simplicity itself. As there is a lot of competition out there at the moment make sure you know exactly what you want as not all villas are the same.
Minimum requirements for us are:
Free international phone calls
Wi-Fi access
Games room
South facing pool that is NOT overlooked (we always look at the pool first and if it is not what we want we move onto the next one)

Once you have found a 5 bed villa that you like there is a form at the bottom that allows you to check availability. Alongside that is another box which asks if you want to send the request to all 5 bed villa owners on that site. I would tick this if I was you as it saves a lot of time searching through villas and sending countless emails asking for availability.

Hope this helps

Great list of requirements Pegasus. Distance to the parks has never been our biggest criteria. My wife likes her privacy & the pool area has always been very important.
We look for properties that are on a lake or a conservation area.
Cant wait until we are back in August!
We can also vouch for orlandovillas & another disneypremiervillas.com

We are using villatorent.net for the second time in Feb. Very helpful and good at providing any 'extras' we need ie bed guards, 'baby' monitors etc. We are staying on Formosa Gardens for the second time also, lake view, lovely and quiet and we love the location.

That's a great site. We have a townhouse booked at Windsor Hills for Jun/July, but I'm starting to relook at it. Prices seem very reasonable for a 5 bed...

Sharon

we're staying at this villa this year:
http://www.yourluxuryvilla.com/

looks fantastic, 5 beds, pool the right way, HUGE patio, overlooking the lake, and 2 master suites (v.important if going with friends!:thumbsup2 ) plus the development looks fantastic and wins many awards.

last year we found a nice villa, but when we got there we hated the development, old and run down in our view - Indian Point I think it was, but the villa was nice. Ironically we had to change villas and moved next door to the next development and it was much nicer.

Hiya
Try www.goldenflorida.co.uk, they have been fantastic with us, we got a five bed villa with pool heating, (they also sorted our flights, but you don't need to have them do this) virgin flights for 7 adults, 2 children and 2 infants, a 15 seater van with all insurance etc, and all this can to just over 5k. we are flying on the 28th feb, but please, please give them a ring we found them so reasonable and they are Atol and Abta bonded.
Thanks
Ali
