The $95 fee is a resort fee that Disney charges to guest staying at one of the DVC resort when the time is exchanged by the owner. Not sure where this is being advertised as $5.99 a point when the time is not point based.

The reservation being offered was obtained through an II exchange. The person listing this reservation has exchanged into OKW using an II timeshare week.

DVC charges a fee of $95 per week for II exchanges into DVC resorts. There is no such fee for DVC member reservations.
