5/11/02 cruisers who used a TA

Has anyone who used a TA got their excursion info? I went thru AAA and called them yesterday and they have not received it yet. I have never used a TA before , always booked everything myself and am getting worried that something is going to go wrong. Any help anyone?

Don't panic--we're on the 4/14 Wonder booked thru AAA and we haven't received docs yet. I don't think you get them until just a couple weeks prior to your cruise. I did call DCL and reconfirmed everything I had requested from AAA. I was able to obtain cabin # even though we only purchased a cabin guarantee.

We received our excursion information along with our final payment information, about 3 months prior to our cruise date.

I was able to call and book all our excursions at exactly 60 days before our cruise. Once your final payment has been made you can call DCL (within the 60 days) to reserve excursions. The number is 1-877-566-0968. You do need your reservation number. This may be different if you use a TA. ( I did not book through a TA - I booked directly through DCL online. )

You may want to try and book your excursions as soon as you can - some of them do sell out.

I booked through AAA, also. We did not get any excursion information in our documents package (which came about 3-4 weeks before our cruise). I found the info on the Tribute site, and called (877-566-0968) yesterday to make our reservations. Was told that many people did not receive this information, but that it does not come from Disney, but from a contractor. Disney is looking into the problem.

Also, Disney sent our documents to our travel agent at AAA -- not to our home.
