4th Of July

Hi everyone,
This is our first trip to WDW and Universal/islands of Adventure from the great white north! I have read many articles about how busy MK and Epcot are on the 4th. I am wondering if anyone has info on the 4th at Universal. I have tried to google it but can't seem to find much info. Any help would be great!

It is quite busy at Universal as well. Crowds are predicted 9 out of 10

I was just there Easter weekend when Saturday was predicted 10/10. We stayed onsite so had Express Pass, but I found the crowds very manageable. As long as you can get there early you will get a lot accomplished before the heaviest crowds which begin in early afternoon. We arrived at around 9:30 and then took a break around 1:30 and went back to the hotel. I was very surprised at how much we accomplished that morning. We returned that evening and finished up everything else we wanted to do that day without significant waits.
