This is our first trip to WDW! :goodvibes I have been spending lots of late nites reading posts and getting hints. This site has been very helpful!! Thanks!!!

My question is during really really busy times like 4th of July Week, what are the average waiting times for popular rides without fastpass? Just curious!!!!

I really want my children to ride a lot of rides, this is a once in a lifetime trip! I hoping we get to ride on Soarin at Epcot! Planning to get Fastpass the first thing that day. (Crossing Fingers) :crowded:

We are going 7/4 to 7/9 and only time we can go, due to hubby work schedule and school being out!

Thanks!

I went for the 4th last year. During peak times of the day, the wait times for major attractions were insane, usually about 80-90 minutes long on average. My advice is to get to the parks early and do as much as possible. We also went right onto rides in MK without wait times during Spectromagic. Also, don't forget to get a fast pass for a major attraction as soon as you get to the park. Then, look at the time on the bottom of the fast pass. It will tell you at what time you can get another one. As soon as that time comes up, grab another fast pass. This strategy helps alot. Finally, you could by the Unofficial Guide which gives great touring plans which minimize waiting time. I will tell you that we did AK on the 4th of July last year and it was empty since there were no fireworks at that park. Then, we hopped to Epcot at night. Good luck and have fun!
