4th of July - WDW vs. Universal

We're planning a split UO/WDW vacation which will span the 4th of July weekend this summer.

We had wanted to do UO last, but the 4th of July weekend is towards the end of our trip. As we're staying at BLT I figured that would probably be the best place to be for 4th of July. But, I started to wonder if that was a bad assumption.

Any thoughts on:
How do the 4th of July festivities at UO compare to WDW?
Is there a UO hotel that has a good view of a 4th of July fireworks show(s)?

We're planning a split UO/WDW vacation which will span the 4th of July weekend this summer.

WDW has had the special fireworks on both July 3rd and on July 4th at the MK in past years. I would think they would continue that tradition in 2022. You could stay at BLT until the morning of July 4th, then move to UO for their fireworks on the 4th.
