4th of July MK fireworks

We are booked for FW for 2016 for my DD's 10th birthday. We've never been at this time. I want to see the fireworks but I know it will be packed. Should we:
1) suck it up and go to MK early to see them on Main Street
2) watch them from the beach at FE
3) try to book the desert party (just did it in August and loved it, of course it was 50% cheaper then)
4) try to book a fireworks cruise
5) not bother, they aren't special enough to warrant the madness
