Hello!

We will be on our Southern Caribbean cruise during 4th of July. Will there be any celebration or special event of any kind?

It will be an at-sea day for us.

I know not everyone on the ship is American, so I can imagine it going either way (in terms of something happening or not).

I have seen pics of the ship with red, white, and blue bunting in the atrium, but other than that I have not heard of anything else.

Thanks!

I was on the Dream last summer for the 4th. It was embarkation day, and the atrium did have the holiday themed bunting. The characters for M&G before dinner were in holiday wear. And there was a holiday celebration in the atrium in between dinner and the show that evening.

I was also on the Magic for the 4th in 2012, and they had fireworks that night too in addition to a celebration on the pool deck similar to the Sail Away party in the afternoon. That was on a Castaway Cay day.

The girls are older now, characters are not a big deal, except if they are in unique outfits. We are gone over the 4th hopefully they will be in 4th celebratory attire.
