Who did not get a hat last year?

I didn't get the hat last year, i was away on vacation

If I rememeber correctly it was sold in the Emporium along with the Pin.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

But I would also like to see a new hat... mostly the one in the newsletter.

The hats were sold in the emporium (for 1000 credits like all hats) and the 4th of July pin was a quest.
