4th FP for 7DMT? - Should I even dream?

I am a solo, one lone person, in MK all day on Tuesday 4/12. I plan to have 7DMT as one of my pre-booked FPs, but flame away at me, I really love it and am thinking "how many rides can I get on it?".

I have this crazy delusional dream that if I booked all my advance FPs for that day in the morning (they would be for 7DMT, Splash, and one more to be decided), I could make it to a kiosk during the 11 am hour and try for another FP for 7DMT.

Am I insane? Is it a complete waste of time for me to even try that?

If there's no chance of a second FP for 7DMT in the same day, I'd almost rather get a good breakfast somewhere and plan at least some of my pre-booked FPs for later in the day.

I will have 2 other partial days at MK (Sunday and Thursday) and I hope to have 7DMT FPs pre-booked on both of those. I'm just being greedy.

Why would anyone need to flame you? Tickets are priced for all access riding. Go for it and have fun!

I have tickets in my account so I went on right now and could get a FP for Mine Train for today at 10:05p. I think it's easier when you are just searching for one person.

I also often tour the parks alone, and I have had luck nabbing some high demand fourth and subsequent FP.

Having said that, keep your plans of a nice breakfast and slightly later FP intact. The reason I say that is that getting a 7DMT FP as a fourth isn't really a matter of how early you try, it's just luck. It's not as if there are unbooked FP for it at 11, that are taken by, say 1. It's that people cancel or however else the algorithm works in the system.

I would recommend using your first three, then going to a kiosk and grabbing whatever strikes your fancy, if 7DMT is not available. THEN, using the app, keep trying to modify that attraction, refreshing often. If you are persistent and patient, there's a good chance that sometime during the day, one 7DMT will pop up. Grab it quickly, as it won't last in the system long!

As a single I think it is possible. If you have access to old MBs you could try to FPs that morning first thing instead of waiting to get a 4th FP. If you are staying onsite you could just add an extra person to your ressie and use that extra MB.

We got TWO 7DMT FP's for our sixth or seventh FP on a crowd level 8 day last June. It was just lucky! I agree--book whatever random thing at the kiosk and continually check your phone. I bet you'll get one! Good luck.

For what it's worth, on our last trip we were able to walk on to 7DMT just before the Wishes Fireworks started. Yes we were stuck on the back side of the castle for the fireworks but it was still a nice show.

DS is often looking for a single ticket and has had no problem getting offered 7DMT and A&E.

My daughter and I were able to get 4th FP+ for 7DMT last April. We were there around April 16th...same time frame you'll be there. I'd say it's a possibility, especially for 1.

As a single rider, its absolutely possible and I did it all the time at all crowd levels throughout the year.

The first two days of Christmas week I was able to grab 3 same day passes both days for a before-noon timeslot

One of the big perks of being solo is that you have the widest selection of FP options

I think I'll end up sticking with the food court for breakfast and hit the MK at RD (I'm already having a breakfast-buffet-binge on 3 other mornings) because I'd really like to have the option of an early lunch that day. I'll probably set FPs for the first half of the day and try my luck. Really appreciate all the tips and testimonials.

The possible downside to this is that if you want a particular FP for a more popular ride, the longer you wait to book that FP, the less chance you have of getting it.
Just grabbing anything "randomly," then waiting to change it, may cost you.
