4th FP+ at Epcot???

Hi all, trying to plan my Epcot day.....I know I can't book FP+ for both Test Track and Soarin'.....but I was wondering if I book 3 morning FP+ and try to grab my 4th FP+ for either Test Track or Soarin' by noonish, will I have a chance of getting one? Which one is better to try for the 4th FP+?

Will you be there on a low crowd or high crowd day?

I would book soarin and try for test track because the line doesn't get quite as long for TT

Last November/December on crowd days ranging from "4" to "9" we were never able to get a 4th FP for Soarin or Test Track after 11am.

I'd do like PP suggested - make one of your three FP's for Soarin, ride TT standby first thing after park open.

We will be there mid-October.....we are planning to have breakfast in WS at park opening so trying to figure out how to get them both in without a long lines. I guess we will FP Soarin' and hope for the best with Test Track.....
