4th fast pass question?

Are the kiosks for getting the 4th fast pass park specific? We are planning on using the first three at animal kingdom then going to magic kingdom for the night. Can we pick our 4th one while we are at AK for MK or do you have to stay in the same park for all fast passes?

You can book at more than one park per day, but...
you must book your 4th, (5th, 6th, etc.) at a kiosk located in the same park as the attraction for which you want the FP+.

I wonder if it's more that they think that if you're not in the park you've booked the FP for, that you might be more inclined to blow it off and not bother to cancel it.
