4BR in Windsor Hills Suggestions

Hi,

We are thinking of doing another disney vacation this spring and need some advice. In the past we have stayed in 2 or 3 bedroom condos in Windsor Hills and really liked it there. Some of my family is thinking of coming with us so we are looking for a 4 bedroom townhouse this time. We have always used the same company when renting from WH in the past but unfortunatly they don't offer anything bigger than 3 bedroom townhouses. Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced place that rents 4 bedroom townhouses at windsor hills? The place doesn't have to be fancy (would prefer it isn't with two 4 year olds going with us). but we would prefer one with a pool. Also, I won't deal with places that require you to e-mail them to get a price. It has to be posted online. I refuse to deal with places that require you to give them an e-mail address just to find out they are out of your price range and are now e-mailing you two or three times a week with "offers". So if anyone has had a good experience with a 4 bedroom condo in WH and is willing to share the name and/or website where you rented from it would be appreciated.

Windsor Hills has free-standing 4 bedroom pool homes. You can go to windsorhillsrent . com and select the 4 bedroom option and you put your info and they send you quotes. I have only gone through this site or vrbo and dealt with owners directly. All quotes have been less than posted and I have negotiated the price, so that is something to consider.

4-bed/4-bath house with pool. Rates on on site, all inclusive so no hidden fees for cleaning, pool heat, propane, etc. Also, they don't require a deposit ahead of time, just pay when you check in.

Owners are very nice and attentive.

Please note that Windsor Hills does not have any 4 BR townhomes. All of the 4 BR homes are private pool homes.

We book through www.floridasunvacationhomes.com and are booking again with them next spring. They've been recommended on this board many times along with All Star vacation homes.

You can see their prices on their website. Please note that they include free pool heat October through May and offer 15% discounts on stays of 7 nights or more. You can also see the cleaning fee (I think it's $100 for a 4 BR home).
Each home has a calendar you can check to see if it's available.

We've stayed in Hi-Tech Heaven twice before and are staying in Sweet Dreams for our Spring Break trip through Florida Sun Vacation Homes.

You can also check vrbo.com. Just put 4 BR Windsor Hills in the keywords and all of the 4 bedroom homes will come up. Most owners list the prices depending on what time of the year you plan to book and usually have a calendar to check availability.
