$499 AP's still for sale at Safeway

I was at Safeway today (6/7/12) and they still had the $499 Premium AP's in the checkout lane, like they have for months. It says it has an expiration date of Dec. 31, 2012. I'm assuming that means your first visit must be before 12/31/12, right?

I asked the Safeway cashier if the cards were really still $499, she was completely clueless about Disney's price increases and was staring at the back of the card - she didn't even know it was in the checkout lane until I showed it to her.

Anyway I might go back to buy it, not sure!

Yeah my husband posted a similar post a few days ago - At Dublin, CA we saw these too. If anyone is looking for them they should definitely take a trip over ! Never hurts.

Actually, it has all the different types of annual passess at pre-increase prices. Just snagged a SoCal Select for my step son for $199 and saved $70!

Here in Sonoma the Safeway has them to. We bought the deluxe pass for 379 and I saw in the back of the kiosk (the storage part) they had stacks of them. They all weren't displayed, so ask them to check if you don't see what your looking for!

My Safeway doesn't. There was no SoCal pass at my local NorCalSafeway, nor any other pass other than the $499 Premium AP.

You're welcome! I wish we could afford to buy the passes right now too but we can't! Argh!
