It seems strange that the "effect" would only happen when messaging one person in particular, and even then, not everytime.

I haven't used the "tracking" feature, but I will for the next couple I send out, just to see what happens.

<font color=navy>Chip, I had kind of the same problem - I sent a pm to a friend, and didn't receive a response (which I thought was odd). I checked my sent file, and saw the post, but could not see it in the tracking at all. She later told me she never received it...

I don't have an answer for you, though.
