and i am starting to stress.....can i do it on my own??? travelling ...switching air crafts.... customs....just me and my 13 yr old....oh the panic attacks.....not worried once i am there but getting there is very daunting........ there make me feel better . Last year I had my Mom come with us so there was another adult to ask if we are going the right way etc.... Oh WELL I am sure we will be allright

You will do just fine. Don't stress about it. Just ask for help from the airline personnel as to what gate you need to go to for the next segment of your trip and how to get there.

I travel alone with my son (we did our first trip when he was 2 1/2 - he will be 5 next month) all the time. My son has 10 flights under his belt already and most of them were just the 2 of us. Don't be afraid to ask for directions and help from others.

You will be fine. Give yourself as much time as you can. ASK if you are unsure about directions. Customs - just be yourself and answer the questions. Enjoy your vacation!
