40th Birthday Ideas for DCL Cruise

My sister is celebrating her birthday on a Disney Cruise. I know what DCL will do for her and the things I can buy that they will deliver to the room. However, I want to make it more for her. I posted this in the DCL area as well but thought the Creative Community might be better - I didn't know.

Here are some of my ideas
1) Special Shirts for her and the family at least for day one and her birthday
2) A daily puzzle piece but I do not know what should be on the puzzle
3) A scavenger hunt but not sure what to do or what is at the end.
4) Door Signs are a given cause I always do these for the cruise.

Help! I want to make it extra special for her.

If you arrange it with her family could the scavenger hunt end with a family party for her in a cabin- either cake or something like that.

The puzzle could just be a happy birthday pictures with Disney characters

If you were to do a party at the end of the hunt along the way you could have her collect things to party with (a party hat, some balloons, a noisemaker, and such).

On the other hand if she has an especially favorite character you could get things that go with that character along the way- stuffed animal, figurine, cup, ect).

If you want a design for the shirts to all match I suggest going to our Dis-Signs board (it has graffic artists that create such things) and looking at what various people have shared and maybe choose what you like best and see if it can be personalized with her birthday or something like that. Most of them are happy to do things like that.
