40th anniversary 1959-1999 sleeping beauty art

I recently acquired a lithograph? Of Sleeping Beauty. It's title Once Upon A Dream. 1959-1999 40th anniversary walt Disney sleeping beauty. It's a fairly large piece of work, probably 42x30". I can't find any info on this of when it was sold or even produced. It has a disney store price tag on the back for $425. I can't even find it sold on ebay. The only one that comes up is the original painting for $26,000.

If anyone has any info on this can you help me out.
