Hey guys!! I'm finally getting to do a Disneymoon update!! Once the Oct hours get posted, I'll also be posting what we are going to do during our upcoming trip!!
I hope everyone is having a great beginning of the week! My Monday went pretty good, so hopefully the rest of the week will be the same!
When I last left you, we had just hung out in the Seas with Nemo! We also watched Turtle Talk with Crush, and that was amazingly cute!
Ben and I really enjoyed the show, and will definately be watching it again in October!
After we got our aquarium on, we decided to use our imagination!!
Again, this is a ride we really had no idea what it was about! haha So, we didn't know what to expect!
Well, it was pretty cute, but definately not our favorite! We would probably ride it again, but it wouldn't hurt our feelings if we missed it next time!

I think we also went and watched Captain EO, and that was pretty awesome! Old school, but awesome!
After that, we decided it was time to eat! We headed off the Sunshine Seasons! This place has such an AMAZING selection of food! Ben and I ate here twice throughout our trip, and we loved everything we got!
This is another time that my inner "diser" came out even before I joined the boards! haha
so cute!
It looks like I ate the fish and grapes (yummmmm) and Ben had chicken! They were both soooo good! We really enjoyed it, and will definately be back this time!
Ben took a picture of me planning out our attack after lunch! What can i say, I love to plan!! You guys can all agree with me on here, that it's lots of fun!
After lunch we decided to head over to innoventions!!! First, we show our true colors!

Then the Jammitors were performing, so we stopped and watched them! They were really good, and highly entertaining!
I'm not sure which one of the innoventions we went in, but we did the "Where's the Fire" game, and also the "Great piggy bank adventure" game! They were both really fun! I didn't know what innoventions was all about, but it's really a good way to chill out for a little bit, have fun, and learn something! Ben and I really enjoyed both games!

Hi! I'm a little late but since the trip is still a ways off, I figured there was still time for me to join the fun! 
So I'm officially jealous of your dates because you will actually be at Disney on my birthday (Oct. 21)! I'd just ADORE being able to go to Disney for my birthday! At least someone gets to, hahah.
You and your DH are too cute, btw. Okay, random question... in the pics from your wedding day there's a big bowl of green stuff... is that like jello salad with pineapple in it? Because we make that stuff in my family and it's just DELICIOUS! If it's something else then please forget that I asked this question.
Also, funny enough, we have a lot of 'Disney similarities.' My first trip was when I was 21 and I did the same thing as you (planning for the first trip with little to no knowledge and no Disboards hahaha) so that means that we're both awesome! Also like you, my family stayed at All Star Music on our first trip, too!
AGH more similarities between us... as soon as I found the disboards I felt like this board was made for me, too, because of some of the pictures I'd taken on my first trip having no idea that it was 'normal' for the dis! (Ahem, food pictures, room number pictures, allllll that stuff hahahaha.)
I'm sorry for your recent health problems but I'm so glad that your doctors found it and that it can be helped! Thank God.

I'm soooo excited that they posted the Oct hours!! Now if only I have the time to post all of my plans on here! hahaha
But, I'm in full on Disney mode now, so hopefully I'll get that up soon! Where's the fire was definately fun! Ben and I are really competitive, so it was definately interesting playing against each other! hahaYes, my first EPCOT day was so much fun! Once I found the DIS, I was so proud of how well I planned our honeymoon as well! I think it was beginners luck, and the non-existant crowds helped as well!! hahaha

First off, I do enjoy a mean jello salad, but sadly, that's just our punch at the reception! haha Now that I look at it, though, it does resemble jello salad!!

Thanks! I'm so grateful to God that we are figuring out my health problems! It was scary there for a little while, but I'm starting to adjust and just go on with life! haha

Okay, I have a legitimate reason as to why I havent updated lately! Hahaha Ben and I had to dog sit for his mother for like 2 weeks, and in the process of moving everything over to her house, my mouse broke for my laptop! Sad day! So, needless to say, I couldnt really use my laptop that had all of my pictures on there, so I couldnt update!
I also caught a killer cold, and then since my body thought it would be cool to get the flu two weeks later, I got to experience that as well! I have never had to flu before, and OMG I felt like I might die! That was definitely the worst I have ever felt EVER! I am not a napper; I NEVER nap, but the first day of me having the flu I slept roughly 11 hours! It was crazy sauce!
Also, I finally got transferred to a branch in the city I live in, and its definitely been an adjustment! Its SO different than the branch I used to work in, even though its the same bank! I have A LOT of learning to do, and its craaaazy busy! So, when I get off of work each night, Im already ready for bed! Haha Im also super grumpy, sorry Ben! Haha
In better news, Im still being considered for that job I applied for!!! They called me back for a second interview 2 weeks ago, and called on my references on Thursday, so hopefully I will get a call this week sometime!! Im praying that I get it!! It seems like such a good fit! Ill let you guys know when I know! Its been a really long process (like a month and a half!) but I know it will be worth it!
I CANT WAIT FOR OUR TRIP! Im going crazy in anticipation! I also cant wait until I get to make my ADRs!!! 2 weeks!! AHHH! I have made a rough draft of our plans for each day, and I will try to get at least day one up sometime this week!!
I am currently watching Saved By The Bell! Lets just say, I love this show!
We played a little in the SE pavilion! We had some driving to do! We also played something that involved 3-D glasses! Haha I guess it wasnt that memorable, because I have no idea what it wasI think it was something to do with the human body? Who knows! We had fun in there though!
After playing in the golf ball we went to the other innoventions, and became a trash man! Haha That game was actually pretty fun! I was really impressed with the attention to details they put even in the games they have in the parks! Disney is awesome, but of course, you already knew that!
We rode sum of all thrills as well! It was AWESOME!! We definitely rode this again later in the trip!! I recommend that to everyone! Fun fun ride!
After innoventions we decided to check The Ellen ride! It wasnt bad, I dont regret riding it, and its a good ride to rest your legs! I wouldnt be disappointed if we didnt make it to the ride in Oct, but I wouldnt be against riding it again!
After Ellen, we headed to Mouse GearsI love this store! Besides WOD in DTD, this was my favorite shop to shop at!! So many awesome things to buy!!

We decided to head to WS! I was excited to look at all of the countries! On the way there, I saw the fountain! So beautiful!!!

I was just snapping away, taking in all of the sights!! WS is so beautiful! And this is when my love affair with EPCOT began! Its definitely one of my favorite parks!!! (tied with MK of course!)

Mexico was so cool! You totally forget you are in a building in there!!
We walked in, and a very friendly CM approached us and congratulated us on our honeymoon! We said thank you and thought that was all he was going to do, but then he proceeded to offer to take pictures of us! (how nice!) He even told us what poses to do! Haha
I expected this from Photopass photographers, but not random CMs! It was so nice, and I really liked the pictures he took! Its CMs like this that makes Disney so amazing!
After we looked around a little while, we decided to hop on the ride in Mexico!! I absolutely loved it! It was so cute, and fun! I loved the fireworks towards the end! Its nothing extravagant, but it really did say Disney to me, and I loved that!
After the ride, we headed to the next country, Norway!!!

BACK TO EPCOT!!

As what is the recurring theme of my first ride experiences on this trip, I didnt know exactly what to expect on this ride, but I really enjoyed it!! I LOVED the star part, and the end where you create your future! It was a fun ride, and we will definitely ride it again in Oct!

I'm glad to be back! I missed the DIS!Yes, I never want to have the flu again! I didn't know I could feel that bad! Next year, I'm definately investing in a flu shot! haha

And I will definately start making appearances on your TR! hahaI know!! This year has been absolutely crazy! But, thank GOD everything is starting to get back to normal-ish! Prayer works! And yes, the Flu was way horrible! I never want to feel that way again!! I felt like death! But, yay for not having it anymore!!!!
I am so ready to know about the new job!!! I'm super excited! I feel kind of bad for just transferring to this new branch, and already having to put in my two weeks, but I really can't pass up this opportunity if I get it! Hopefully my current bosses don't get too mad at me!
Yay for ADRs! Since we are on the QSP, we aren't going to have a lot of TS ADRs since they aren't on the plan, but the way we did it last time worked out beautifully! (3 TS meals) But it does make me a little sad that we can only get 1 snack a day this year, as opposed to 2 like last year! But it's all good! I literally ate a bag of cotton candy a day last year! hahaha
Yeah, you should def check out Innoventions! Some of it I could take or leave, but a lot of it is pretty cool! And I'm sure it would be a very nice break from the heat in the summer!

Aaaaaand Im back!! I hope everyone had a great Monday yesterday! Mine was pretty awesome! I had a long day at work (8:45-8:00) but it actually went pretty fast!!
I have some good news, though!! The other job called me yesterday, and want me to come in for an interview with the executive of the department that Im applying for!!!!!! Im so excited! This is my 3rd interview with them, and she said it would be the last, and that I would know right away! I actually have it this morning at 8:45, because thank JESUS I dont have to be at my current job until 10:45!! (how crazy is that how it worked out?!) Prayer works!!
During the phone call with them yesterday, the lady asked me if I could start Monday! So Im taking that as a sign that this interview is probably just a formality, because it sounds like they have pretty much made up their minds!!!!! Im so excited to see what happens this morning!!!
I do feel bad for my current job though! I literally just started at the new branch a week ago! And one of the other lead tellers is leaving in a week, too! So, theyll be severely short-handed! I dont know if I should feel bad; I mean I didnt do it intentionally! And, Ive got to do what is best for me! And my current job is soooooo much stress, and thats not good for my body with my condition that I have! And I really feel like this is a great fit for me at the other bank! Im really nervous about putting in my two weeks if I get the job, though! I hate confrontation! Haha I dont like people being upset with me, and I HATE uncomfortable situations! So, if you couldnt tell, next up is Norway! (I know, you had no idea, right?!)
I think by this point we were hungry, and were looking for food! We stopped in the bakery, but we didnt find anything we would like for supper! (I will be stopping this year to try the infamous school bread, though!) The turkey and apple sandwich does intrigue me, however!
We just wandered through the shops there, and took pictures of everything! Norway was pretty cool! I really liked just soaking in the atmosphere here! We never got to ride Maelstrom though! It was waaaaaay to cold that night, and the other day we were at EPCOT the line was actually pretty long!

It started getting chilly, and we were both hungry, so we decided to go somewhere where we knew had great food, and would be warm! Sunshine seasons again!!! YAY!
So, we left WS and headed back to the land!
I really cant tell you what Ben got! (sorry, pre-dis days! Lol) I know it was a sandwich and he really liked it! BUT, I can tell you what I got!! The grilled veggie sandwich with hummus!!!!! OMG OMG OMG! This sandwich is heaven on flat bread! This would not be the only time I got this during the trip! I also looked up the recipe when I got home, and make it all the time now! Next time you are at SS, GET IT!! You wont regret it! That is, unless, you dont like veggies, or hummus, then you would probably hate it! Haha
Also, YUM to the potato salad as well! (and the grapes!)
After our lovely lovely dinner, we headed back to WS! We noticed people camped out for Illuminations, so we were like, oh, it must be starting soon! So we got our spots! We got GREAT spots! Right in between Mexico and Canada, in between the little shops they have! It was cold, so I was hoping that it would start soon! THEN (like 45 mins later) we found out that it didnt start for another like 45 mins!! HOLY MOLEY GUACAMOLE, people! Why did you feel the need to get your seats 2 hours early in the off season! Hahaha It was pretty comical, and we decided just to keep waiting since we had already waited this long!

During this time, we actually listened to an older CM talking to a couple beside us about her job, and that is when my dream profession came to be! She talked about how after she retired, she moved to Florida to work at Disney! I WILL BE DOING THAT! Ive already informed Ben of this, and he proceeded to tell me that we need to move south gradually each year so he can adjust to the humidity! Hahaha
But, for real, Im going to work there when Im old...Ben can come too, if he wants! Hahaha jk!
After like 77.8 hours, Illuminations started! HOLY FIREWORKS! We both looooved it! I really cant pick my favorite fireworks show at Disney, because I think they are all great in their own way! These were so beautiful, and I loved everything about it! I cant wait to see them again in Oct!
By the end of the fireworks, however, I had ice icicles (that is the weirdest word to type btw!) on my nose, so it was time to go back to our room, and go to sleep!
Another day at Disney down, and it was more magical than I could have ever imagined!

Heeeey guys! Im back again!!! I just wanted to let you guys know that I GOT THE JOB!! Thank you all for your encouraging comments and prayers!!
The interview/meeting was completely a formality! I went into the executives office, and I literally spoke to him for like 4 minutes! He asked like 3 questions, and then was like, lets get you to work! YAY!!! Praise Jesus!
My last day at my current job is the 14th! Im so excited to be done! I start my new job on the 24th! So Ill be off for a week to get everything situated and my head focused for my new job! A week without pay isnt very appealing, but at least Ben is still brining home some bacon! Hahaha And God is good, so I know everything will be fine!
So, as I have posted before, right now Im a lead teller at a big corporate bank (Im not going to name names so I wont get in trouble lol) and my new job is going to be as a trainer at a local bank! Im so excited! Everyone at this new bank is so friendly, and I just feel like I fit in there and belong! Ill start off by being a teller trainer, and then Ill slowly incorporate other aspects of banking in as time progresses! Im sooooooo excited! Its such a great opportunity and I really feel like I can go far with this job! And Im sooooo excited for the week off in between! Hahaha I havent had a vacation since our trip to Disney in Feb 2011! So Im excited about it!
Anyways, since Ive updated you on my current events, lets take a trip back to Feb 2011!!!
After our quick breakfast, we headed to the bus stop!! It was a beautiful day outside! It was a little cool, but the sun was shining so brightly! As you can tell by Bens face! Hahaha
A bus arrived shortly, (we never had any trouble with waiting for buses this trip) and we were off to DHS!
We made it to rope drop again! (I had no idea what that was then, but I just like to be places right when they open! Lol) The intro was short, but cute!
This is another spot where I am proud of myself for knowing to get FPs for TSM right away! I had read it in my guide book to do so, so thats where Ben and I headed firstalong with everyone and their mothers!
Pixar place is sooo cool! I loooved all the details! Toy Story is one of my favorite movies, so I loved to see all of the decorations that reminded me of the movie! It was too crowded around there to stay for long, though, so after we grabbed our FPs we headed in a different direction!
It looks like we just walked around taking in the sights for a while, and then we decided to go ride something! Something that I was nervous/so excited to ride!
I zoomed in on that baby! Haha So, I know you guys notice the scaffolding on the building, but I had no idea it wasnt a part of the themeing until I got home and read on the DIS that it wasnt! hahaha
After I took the way zoomed in picture, we made our way over there to see it in person!

We finally arrived, and the wait was almost non-existent! I think we probably waited maybe 10 mins! I loved the details! Gosh, I just couldnt believe the thought that they put into every aspect of the parks! I fell even more in love with this place!
I was getting more and more nervous ( I tend to psych myself out on a lot of things haha) but I knew that I was going to love it as well!
We finally got into the elevator, and I had no idea how the actual ride was! I was fully expecting to just drop as soon as we got up high! I had no idea there was a story to it, and that there was soooo much more to it than just dropping! It was sooooooo cool, and quickly became one of my favorite rides! I closed my eyes towards the end right before they dropped you, so I missed some of the drop sequence, but I LOVED it! Unfortunately this is the only time we rode it this trip, but I cant wait to ride it again! Ben loved it as well! Super super fun!
After ToT, where else would be go but to RnRC?!
This was the longest we waited for anything on the trip, but even then it was only like 20 minutes! And the queue is so cool, you dont feel like its that long at all!
I was so excited to ride this ride, I had read about it, and was super anxious to experience it!
It did not disappoint! It was so great, and the details really made it amazingnot to mention the music! While, EE is still my favorite coaster, RnRC is definitely up there! So much fun!
After rocking out with Aerosmith, we decided to look around some more since the last time we were at this park it was pouring!
I loved all of the decorations!
We also stopped and watched some of the street actors! The show was really fun, and they are so entertaining! It would be so fun to have their jobs!!! I wonder if they think so! Haha
After we watched the performers, we looked around some more! We were really just enjoying a beautiful day in Florida in the most magical place ever on our honeymoon! We were having a great day, and it would definitely continue!
Up next, more looking around, and FINALLY TSM!

EPCOT was wonderful the day before, and we were hoping luck would continue this day at DHS! We woke up early, probably like 6:45 or 7! Back in 2009, my then boyfriend and I were picked to open DHS and we got to be part of that little show! It was so fun. They drive you off in the little car to your choice of ToT or RnRC. TSM had just opened that year so I mentioned that I had hoped to get on that first and the CM that was escorting us ran over to get us FPs. She was awesome! We picked ToT as our first ride and invited the CM to ride with us. SO much fun!
I missed out on RnRC last trip. It was down all day

Sounds like you were having a lot of fun at DHS! My DH wouldn't ride ToT! So therefore I didn't ride it either. I have ridden the DL version and now I want to ride the WDW version to compare! Unfortunately hubby will probably still refuse so I may have to ride it solo!
