40% off Passholders PIN code

So I don't know how you guys got it. I just called and the CM was very nice, but told me she couldn't find the promotion without a pin or code. Any hints? I would love to use one and have little hope that one is going to show up in my email or mail.

Call again. The same thing happened to me the first time I called. Very nice CM insisted I had to have a PIN number or a 3 digit code. Called again, a second CM put me on hold, then found the offer after I told her I am a passholder.

Okay...am I the only person who can't get this. What are you specifically asking for? I just called again and this person wouldn't even check just said that I have a pin. We booked a FD bounceback at POFQ, but we have APs and I would love to upgrade it to a deluxe. Help!

Tell her that it is a pinless AP flyer, tell her to check with Customer Service...they will put you on hold for a bit but they should come back and allow you to book it. You must have an AP to do this.

It worked for a few of us already so I will send you Pixie Dust and hope it works for you too!

Thanks so much for posting that your son's flyer did not have a pin code on it. That is what gave me the idea to call and see if we could get the offer. Thanks again!

When I called, I told her about the flyer, she put me on hold a long time and came back and fixed me up. BUT, when I asked to put on deluxe dining, she said I needed to add at least a 1 day ticket (which I know is not true, but whatever.) So I told her I had planned to buy my AP when I got there, etc. Anyway, I ended up with the 40% off the room, deluxe dining and 10 day park hoppers (that I can of course upgrade to annual passes). I was fine with that, as I plan to upgrade anyway, and it's not a big deal to me, as long as I got the 40% off! At the top of my reservation it says what I have, and has a three letter code. (doesn't say passholder anywhere.) So I guess the deal I ended up with might be a little different, but still is 40% off the rooms, all due to this thread! $213 a night for the Polynesian, I am SO happy!

Just got off the phone with DRC again. Switched to BC for just over $800 less than GF. (obviously my math was wrong.. lol)

She put my on hold and still nothing Of course, she also told me the free dining bounceback I had booked was going to be my best discount.
I am so frustrated right now. Do you think that I should try to book anew reservation instead of changing an old one? (although I'm not sure why that would make any difference.)
