Just called today to get rates and got different availability from 2 different CM's within 15 min of each other. Anyone else have a hard time getting what they want with the code?

Also, I got 2 different answers about when I could add on tickets and dining. One said up to 72 hrs before arrival and another said I had to do it when booking?


Any advice would be appreciated.
