Thanks for the heads up guys..went on my lunch hour on Thursday and was almost late getting back! I bought 65 sheets of their 12x12 paper and they had to ring each one by itself!! they were 5/$1 and I just could'nt pass it up..I also bought some title and punch outs and the bill came to $20..it just felt right..I am getting into trouble as I now have no where to store all the stuff I have!! maybe tomorrow I will buy the cubes at Target for the paper as it really is out of hand!! but anyway thanks again..Marianne PS HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY WEEKEND

I use alot of vellum and I was so excited to find a pack of 50 sheets and I got it 50% of, it ended up being like $5.99. Boy was I excited, I pay .59 at my scrapbook store.

I'm thinking the sizzix die cut machine would be a great x-mas -present for my daughter who is 9, and really into scrapbooking. Can someone let me know approximately how much a sizzix die cut machine costs? What about a basic letter set?

I just bought one last week and here is what I have found.

At Michaels the machine was priced at $69.99 and I got the Fun Serrif alphabet, Lowercase and Uppercase were both $159.99 (Luckily I got 40% off it all)

Joanne's had the machine for $99.99

You can check out www.sizzix.com, they had some of their stuff reduced last time I checked.

You can also try Ebay. I was bidding on some stuff last week but you could also Buy It Now cheaper then what they had it priced at Michaels without coupons. But make sure to factor in the shipping.

It is for sure an investment but it is so nice to be working on a page and not have to run to the LSS to get letters to try to match what your doing. My only complaint is the number set that I bought does not have a 0 and for the life of me I can't find one anywhere.

Now I just need to wait for the new Michaels to open up hopefully in the next month! It will be on my way home from work - I am going to pass it every single day!

I was so excited because I got to go to Joann's today. Well I had a scrapbook magazine that the lady said was not on sale because it's a magazine. Next I had stickers. She said stickers are not part of our scrapbook line. I wanted to say so what is. The store I went to doesn't carry Sizzix so I lost out there. When I asked about the Sizzix she said only the big stores carry those. I did get a Thomas Kinkade border. I didn't even realize that he had a scrapbook line. I really liked what I saw.

I went over to Michael's and used my 50% coupon on a Sizzix storage system. I really wanted to get the shadow alphas but I just couldn't spend that much. Gotta save up some more for those.
