The Cast
Ian - 40, loves WDW, in particular the drinking establishments, leaves all planning to me..
Jules - 39, chief planner, and lover of salty rims!!
Nassau Day, we had both decided that we wouldn't be getting off the ship this time, but I was doubtful that this would happen..
We were awake bright and early, and headed up to the Waves Bar for a ciggie.., the ship was so quiet.
When we got back to the room, room service was delivered, I have to have my coffee
We headed off to Cabannas for breakfast, it was lovely, Ian had eggs benedict, there was a lovely selection..
We were both still puzzled as to how you were supposed to get to Palo / Remy, we couldn't figure it out. As we were leaving Cabannas we saw a sign pointing to Palo so decided to go and have a nosey.
When we got there, I was mortified to be caught taking pics at that time of morning by a cast member, she came over though and said hello, I apologised for intruding while they were obviously cleaning.. "Ooh" she said "are you Welsh, I'm from Newport, are you Welsh, are you really Welsh, can I hug you", it was too funny. She was the greeter for Palo / Remy and said that it was so long since she had heard a Welsh accent she needed a hug. We explained that we were eating dinner at Palo the next night, and she assure us that she would get her husband to be our waiter, her exact words " He is not Welsh mind, he is from Bosnia, but he is lush and a right laugh", she encouraged us to take as many pics as we liked, and showed us a peek of Remys..
Look at the toilets
We went back to the stateroom, and changed into our swim things, we spen a lovely few hours realxing on the top deck with our books. I disappeared for ages, realaxing in the adult pool, I thought it strange that Ian hadn't come to join me, when I went back to find him, he was flat our asleep! We had a few cocktails and enjoyed the sun. I was still expecting Ian to say he wanted to go to Senor Frogs or The Hard Rock..
We decided to go for lunch at The Royal Table, we had never been to lunch at one of the restaurants on any of our previous cruises
Seafood Starter
all washed down with a lovely glass of pinot
