40 BD at 24 Hours of Disney

5 of my friends and I are headed down for the 24 hours of Disney. One of them will be turning 40 one week later. She of course is in total denial and doesn't want to admit it. We want to do something fun and special for her while on the trip to celebrate. I know that we could order a cake at one of the sit down restaurants, but they tend to be themed a bit for the child. Anyone have thoughts on something special we could do that would make for a nice surprise. Would love any and all suggestions.

Get her a birthday button to wear so that everyone can wish her a happy birthday!

If you're willing to splurge, you could look into ordering a custom cake. Some of the designs I've seen looked pretty impressive and not very childish. I'm betting they're pretty pricey, but it might be something to look into.
