Lack of personal hygiene - BO, hairy ears, bad breath, dirty clothes, split ends, dandruff, crusty chapped lips, one long hair growing somewhere it shouldn't, greasy hair, flaky skin, chewed up fingernails, thick yellow toenails, eye pus, boogers, visible nose hair, men with overly abundant armpit hair, food stuck in teeth, visible nipple, yellow teeth .......... I could go on and on and on!

This made me laugh so hard I snorted and woke the dog up. My favorites are "one long hair growing where it shouldn't" and "visible nipple", although for sheer gross-out factor, eye pus and booogers are right up there...
